Daniel J. Knight is a construction law and construction defect attorney and a licensed California contractor. Knight’s practice focuses on keeping matters from going to litigation through prevention, planning, and negotiation. However, if litigation is required Knight has trial expertise.
Acting as a consulting and litigation expert witness in construction-related engagements, Knight offers opinions on constructability and feasibility of repairs in residential and commercial construction. Knight offers standard or cares opinions for “A” General Engineering Contractors, “B” General Building Contractors, and “C-36” Plumbing Contractors in California.
