Industry Recruitment Opportunities

The CCCE works on behalf of its students and alumni to provide networking and recruitment opportunities that lead to greater employment opportunities within the construction industry. Thanks to our strong alumni connections, CMAC members and industry partners, The CCCE provides students with nearly 200 scheduled company presentations and valuable recruitment activities throughout the academic year.

INFO SESSION

Info Sessions are designed for a single company to present its company culture and employment opportunities to students, followed by next-day interviews.

CM CAREER FAIR

Participate in the CCCE’s two signature Construction Management Career Fairs to discuss potential job and internship opportunities and establish increased professional relationships.

JOB BOARD

The CCCE’s free job board lists employment and internship opportunities targeting Cal Poly Construction Management major and minor students.

CLASSROOM PRESENTATIONS

Classroom presentations are coordinated by the CCCE and intended for industry partners to present relevant and topical information directly to our CM students during class time.

CARPENTERS APPRENTICE INTERNSHIP

Carpenter's Apprenticeship program provides students the opportunity to work on a construction site as a first-period apprentice during their summers. Through this program, participating student interns gain valuable field experience.

CMAC MEMBERSHIP

Become part of the Construction Management Advisory Council (CMAC), a self-governing association that works to strengthen connections with industry practitioners, alumni and students.
