If a cancellation is necessary, let us know as soon as possible by emailing ccce@calpoly.edu. Depending on the current status of availability and the waitlist, it may be possible to receive a refund. Last-minute cancellations within 7 days of the career fair will not receive a refund but may be able to reschedule to the next career fair.

You do not need a PayPal account; simply select “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” when prompted. Enter your email and billing details to complete payment.

Marketing Materials & Provided Materials

Marketing materials: We are unfortunately unable to accommodate any shipping of career fair materials to the Alex Madonna Expo Center due to the volume of the event and it being held off campus. Your company is responsible for managing delivery and pick-up of any marketing displays or tradeshow booths at the venue. We recommend coordinating directly with your hotel.

Provided materials: An 8-foot table, white linen, and three chairs are provided. Every table has access to an electrical outlet. Bring any necessary extension cords or power strips for your setup.

Tables will be assigned, and we’ll send table assignments closer to the career fair once registration closes. For any issues during the event, CCCE staff will be on-site and available to assist. Please reach out to us at ccce@calpoly.edu if you have any questions.

Meals: Breakfast and lunch are provided for all registered company representatives.

Wi-Fi: There is free guest Wi-Fi at the venue. Cell service can be limited in this area.

Interview Scheduling

Blank interview sheets will be provided upon arrival so you can choose to schedule same-day interviews in 20-minute intervals between 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM (at 1:00 pm, 1:20 pm, 1:40 pm, etc.). These interviews will be held at your table.

Please do not schedule interviews after 4:00 PM.

Map to Expo Center

Our career fairs are hosted at the Alex Madonna Expo Center because it provides significantly more space and scheduling availability than on-campus options. To ensure easy access, we offer a free and convenient shuttle service for students throughout the duration of the event.

The off-campus location has not negatively impacted student participation. In fact, our career fairs consistently attract more student attendees than the campus-wide career fairs, demonstrating strong student engagement and the effectiveness of our promotional efforts and student outreach.

Thank you for your interest in the Construction Management Career Fairs organized by the CCCE. Contact ccce@calpoly.edu if you have any questions.
